Scott Community Care was created in 1998 by Melanie Scott to provide services for people with challenges in life. We use a variety of professionals who live in the same areas as the people they serve. This makes it easier to access our services - wherever you may live. Because we aren't affiliated with your insurance company, or any other payer, we can advocate for you because we work exclusively for you.
We can help you if you or someone you love is struggling to live independently, maintain housing, maintain relationships, cook and clean, manage psychiatric symptoms, communicate with others, and more.
Scott Community Care is based in the Central Panhandle region of Idaho and specializes in Community-Based Rehabilitation Services, Service Coordination, Case Management, and Counseling.
We currently accept Medicaid, Medicare, and a variety of insurances, as well as private pay. We do not discriminate or deny services based on the ability to pay. If you wish to receive behavioral health services but do not have insurance, please call us concerning our sliding scale fee.
